This is the second time I’ve used Andy’s appliance and they have been fantastic both times. I’ve had the same technician Adam A. and he is a very knowledgeable and capable tech. First off they’re very conscientious of being tidy and clean. They prep the area remove shoes and have towels ready for any kind of cleanup. Secondly, they know what they’re doing when they take part of machine. There’s not a lot of wasted time or YouTube referencing on their phone. If they do run into a problem that they haven’t seen before they are quick to check the current tech bulletin releases to see if there are any recalls or defective parts that may be associated with your appliance. Then they are helpful to guide you with warranty information and phone numbers to assist with any claim. I’m a very handy person myself so I appreciate when organizations invest in their employees and send capable and professional people. Anyway, they will always be my first call when I can’t figure it out myself. I recommend them highly! Thanks
